Offsite Retreat Design & Facilitation

Designed and facilitated a three-day offsite to redefine UELZ's mission, vision, and values, ensuring alignment across the team. Together we mapped the current client journey, co-designed the ideal client experience, and strengthened internal collaboration through team-building activities.
