Designed and facilitated a full-day immersive ideation lab for Tailored Perfumes' cross-functional teams. The process started with deep research into market trends, consumer behavior, and the company's positioning, followed by a preparatory ideation session to prime creative thinking, and culminated in a high-energy workshop where employees co-created bold new concepts for the brand's future. All outcomes were synthesized into actionable steps and strategic initiatives for upcoming launches.

Designed and facilitated a second one-day ideation offsite, this time focused on exploring product and experience opportunities for the brands Tailored Perfumes works with, including Pepe Jeans, Reebok, and UFC, translating market insights and brand DNA into concrete innovation directions.
