Offsite Design and Facilitation

Designed and facilitated a one-day workshop for Pfizer's Global Logistics team, focused on mapping and restructuring their internal operations flow to align different areas within the department. The session integrated AI opportunities into the process design, identifying where automation and intelligence could drive real efficiency gains. Beyond the strategic work, the day included team building dynamics and a specially curated dinner, creating the right conditions for honest conversations and genuine connection alongside the operational work. Findings and insights were synthesized into a report with concrete recommendations for implementation.
