Community Leadership & Management

Our Founder, Valentina, is leading the Ladies, Wine & Design Madrid chapter as co-host, managing a community of over 300 creative women and designing the full community experience: bimonthly events, speaker curation, programming, and the ongoing dynamics that keep the community connected, inspired, and growing.
