Ladies, Wine & Design is a global initiative that celebrates and supports women in the creative industries, fostering community and connection through local chapters around the world.

Offsite Design & Facilitation

Co-designed and co-facilitated a two-day offsite for 20 creative women, combining introspective dynamics with collaborative work sessions.

  • Personal & Professional Exploration: Facilitated dynamics focused on self-reflection and connection, creating a safe and honest space for each participant to explore their own professional challenges and aspirations.

  • Community & Opportunity Building: Designed sessions to surface shared opportunities, strengthen connections between participants, and reinforce the sense of belonging to a community that genuinely supports each other's growth.
