Offsite Retreat Design & Facilitation

Following an in-depth assessment of Kira Ventures' current state and key challenges, Memorable designed and facilitated a three-day offsite to align the team around a shared mission, vision, and values. The retreat combined strategic workshops with team-bonding and reflective exercises, including a tribute to the founder, to strengthen connections and set a clear direction for future growth.
