Juegos Once is a Spanish gaming platform that offers accessible games supporting the Spanish Association of the Blind. Memorable partnered with Erretres, a design and branding agency, to improve the platform's app and website.

User Testing Program

Defined clear testing objectives, identified key user personas, and established the research questions to guide the process. Carried out extensive usability testing across multiple devices, analyzed results to identify pain points and accessibility issues, and delivered a comprehensive set of recommendations to improve usability and overall user satisfaction.
