Designed a tailored remote onboarding experience for new hires, combining cultural and functional elements to ensure a smooth and engaging introduction to the company, customized to each individual while reflecting the company's values and identity.

Managers & Newcomers Platform

Designed a web platform to guide both managers and new hires through the critical touchpoints of the onboarding process, providing access to essential tools, training materials, and a clear roadmap for navigating early employment.

Manager Training & Leadership Workshops

Facilitated a training program to equip managers with the knowledge and tools to effectively support new employees, alongside leadership workshops focused on communication, empathy, and decision-making.
