Girl Up! is a global leadership initiative empowering young women to become leaders and advocates for gender equality. This project was developed in collaboration with Amazinglers and We Gender Lab.

Leadership & Role Model Workshop

Facilitated "La Referente que Estoy Construyendo", a dynamic session built around a central question: how ready do you feel to become a role model? Brought together women across the STEM ecosystem, from mentors to students, to reflect on the value of female references and what it takes to consciously build that role for others. Followed by a networking session designed to strengthen connections across generations and disciplines within the community.
