Community Food Program (3 years)
Designed and led the culinary experience at Boisbuchet over three consecutive years during their open seasons turning each meal into a carefully curated moment of connection. Every culinary staging was conceived as an experience in itself: unique, intentional, and reflective of the estate's culture. Created rituals and working norms that gave the food program its own identity, making the dining table one of the most meaningful spaces for participants to connect with each other and with the place.
