Designed and facilitated a three-day offsite for Bago's sales team, combining strategic work with a genuine celebration of the company's 50-year milestone.
Strategic Workshop: Mapped the current sales process to identify what was working and where the real opportunities for improvement were, then ideated concrete actions and explored how AI could be integrated to make the team more efficient and future-ready.
Team Building & Celebration: Designed a series of activities to celebrate the milestone and strengthen human connections within the team, including recreational activities, group games, a wine tasting, and other dynamics that made the experience as memorable as it was meaningful.
