Offsite Retreat Design & Facilitation

Designed and facilitated a three-day offsite to redefine Ailin's mission, vision, and values. Together with the team, we assessed their current client journey, identified areas for improvement, and co-designed the ideal client experience, all while strengthening team connections through intentional team-building activities.
